Welcome to the Delta Sigma Pi/Epsilon Theta website! As previous Dean of the Chico College of Business and a DSP Faculty Brother, it is my pleasure to invite you to explore this website and update yourself on the current events occurring in the DSP/ET campus community. I am proud to be associated with such an active and professional group of students. While I am now the Dean of the COB at Brooklyn College, DSP's passion for civic engagement and contributions to the College of Business and to Chico State never ceases to amaze me. 14 Brothers from Epsilon Theta, including Faculty Brother/Advisor Bob Sprague and two Alumni Brothers, visiting Workday (rated as the #1 company to work for in the Bay Area) and getting a face to face interaction with their recruiters! (August 10, 2012). 14 other elite students from the College of Business came with us for this awesome experience. It all became possible because of connecting with our Alumni Bro, Amber Lowry, and current Consultant at Workday.

Brother Robert Gerry, EO 823 Active Brother Position: President for 2 semesters, Professional Activities Currently works for Proxair - director of market and sales development for $400 million central region (12 states) I appreciated my time with dsp and it has helped me to become successful in the market place. And I have enjoyed the long term life long relationships that were created during my time in DSP. Dave Galloway, EO 932 Active Brother Position: Vice President, Pledge Education Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard DSP helped me in two areas, public speaking and interviewing. Being involved in DSP forced me to gain experience speaking in front of people. The numerous interview workshops and practice sessions with brothers were key to getting hired after graduation. Prior to joining DSP, I was lost in the interview room. I benefited greatly from the help of my brothers. Not only did DSP help me professionally, it provided an opportunity to give back to the community, allowed me to make an impact on those around me and make life long friends along the way. It was definitely the most beneficial decision I made while in college. Brian Roland, EO 600 Spring '82 BROADS Pledge Class Active Brother Position: Vice President of Pledge Class, CEI Chairman, Vice President for Pledge Education, Created new Vice Presidental office to connect recruiters and graduating seniors. Voted Most Inspirational Active. Been in Controller/CFO jobs for the last 12 years. Now going into sales, selling the #1 cloud SAAS based accounting software as Corporate Business Consultant. Past CFO of CenCal Services, the finest specialty lines full-service general insurance agency in the industry (in AZ, CA, NV, OR, UT, WA). Going through the pledge process, making presentations, holding offices not only gave me a sense of responsibility but a huge sense of pride and accomplishment. I also made friendships that I have held since graduation and many of us do business with each other. Becoming a member of Delta Sigma Pi was one of the greatest experiences I've had and I cherish my many fun memories. I ran 4 career fairs over the course of 2 years, and it proved to be an invaluable experience that helped me obtain my first career opportunity after graduating. Today I am a SAP Security Administrator at SMUD (Sacramento Municipal Utility District) Garrett D.
